The website is intended to provide the help and information our athletes and parents will need throughout the season.  We think it is functional, easy to use, and contains practically everything anyone will need to enjoy and be informed about the program.

  

Softball Earns a Split at Thousand Oaks Tourney

Woodbridge 2, La Quinta 3 (8 innings); Woodbridge 5, St. Joseph 3:  The Lady Warriors softball team split the two games they played on Saturday at the Thousand Oaks Tournament.

  

Heather Gorey pitched both games, giving up only two earned runs.  Chelsea Wozniak hit a home run in the second game to help Woodbridge defeat St. Joseph of Santa Maria.

IWN: Woodbridge loses to Northwood in Softball

Woodbridge 5, Northwood 6:  Northwood's softball team was challenged Tuesday by Woodbridge, but rallied for a a 6-5 Sea View League victory at Northwood.  The Warriors led, 4-3, going into the bottom of the fifth inning but Northwood belted a two-run home run to put the Timberwolves ahead, 5-4.

IWN: Woodbridge tops Oilers in extra innings

Woodbridge 4, Huntington Beach 3:  Woodbridge's softball team captured a 4-3 Sea View League victory in nine innings over Huntington Beach Thursday evening at Deanna Manning Stadium.  Woodbridge, which had lost its first three league games, pushed across a run in the bottom of the ninth to defeat Huntington Beach (11-10, 0-4).

 

Chelsea Wozniak doubled and came around to score for the Warriors.  Heather Gorey (2-0) pitched all nine innings for Woodbridge to record the victory.

  

Woodbridge out-hit the Oilers, 9-6, although the Warriors had three errors.

Woodbridge 2, La Habra 3:  Woodbridge High's softball team wasted an excellent outing from sophomore hurler Heather Gorey and faltered late in the game and dropped a 3-2 decision in eight innings to La Habra Saturday afternoon in a consolation round game at the 26th annual Woodbridge/Victory Classic tournament at Bill Barber Park.
