Woodbridge's Girls Track team took a big step towards securing its THIRD CIF-SS title in the school's history at the CIF-SS Prelims.  Competing at the CIF-SS Div. II Prelims at Moorpark High School, the Warrior girls received stellar performances from their studettes Christine Babcock, Kyle Wolff, Gabrielle Scott, Becky Crouse, and Erica Teen to establish themselves as one of three teams that can win the title.

The Warriors secured eight solid scoring opportunities in the meet and can score as many as 50 or more points.  The Warriors advanced the following events to next Saturday's CIF Finals at Mt. San Antonio College in Walnut:

• Christine Babcock (1600 meters, 3200 meters)
• Kyle Wolff (400 meters, 800 meters)
• Becky Crouse (Discus Throw) 
• Gabrielle Scott (400 meters, 200 meters)
• 4x400 meter Relay (Wolff, Erica Teen, Babcock, Scott, Sarah Toberty)
