1)  A Clearance Card must be registered with the athletic department prior to the start of the season.

2)  Maintain a good academic record.

3)  Have a positive and cooperative attitude.

4)  Follow all the team rules.

5)  Attend all practices and meets.

6)  Pay for the team t-shirt ($10) and for three gold cards ($30).  A check made out to Woodbrdige H, S. (with your student ID on it) is to be turned in to Coach Varvas in order to pick up your uniform.

7)  Pay the athletic fee ($195) at the activities Center. See Ms. Adams (Assistant Principal in charge of athletics) for possible waiving of this fee.
